  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup polenta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
