Ingredients

  • 400g duck breast
  • 3 tablespoons tamarind paste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 200g rice noodles
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • 50g crushed peanuts
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by marinating the duck pieces in tamarind paste, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
