Ingredients

  • 200g salmon fillet
  • 150g yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori spice mix
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 300g cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh mint leaves for chutney
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Begin by marinating the salmon in yogurt mixed with tandoori spices for at least 30 minutes.
