Ingredients

  • 200g rice noodles
  • 300g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 150g bamboo shoots, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons green curry paste
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Sliced chili for garnish (optional)

Instructions
