Ingredients

  • 300g rice noodles
  • 400g chicken breast
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • 100g shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons oil for cooking
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken strips in a mixture of lemongrass, soy sauce, and garlic for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
