  • 200g quinoa
  • 2 chicken breasts (approximately 250g)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • 50g crushed peanuts for topping
